About Austin
Austin is a Cleveland born artist making oil paintings that call to attention the degradation of images in mass production. He studies the mode of abstraction in AI models as a horrifying visual language of irreverent appropriation. Combining this with traditional materials and hand made paint creates a harsh and disturbing warning of the use of AI in visual arts and beyond.
